The tag line under the title promises “Hassle-free filing for Windows.” Based on the description alone, I was prepared for something that would go out automatically, read my hard drives, then index the entire contents of every file so I could find and group related files later so that I could perform a number of tasks with them. The largest graphic on the box contains a caption balloon with a similar line: “Where’s my file?!?” In fact one of their graphics artists must have spent a childhood similar to mine. (SPC) thinks it has an answer to that with a new file management application, OnFile 1.0 for Windows. Dagwood is on the carpet (sometimes literally) and his boss is screaming, “Where’s the file for the Armbruster account?!!”
